Teacher Information
Teachers!!! Please note that we are currently developing curriculum based tour packages. Some are already available, but more will follow.
| The Museum’s new exhibits have been specifically designed in collaboration with local teachers to ensure that they meet the curricular needs of your students. We are currently working with a newly formed Teacher’s Advisory Committee to create lesson plans and resource packets detailing exactly how our exhibits can accentuate what you are doing in the classroom. Additionally, we are working to further develop classroom educational kids from The Museum’s 45,000 item collections. We expect these resources to be available for the 2009 school year. |

Below are a few of the education kits on-hand or in development. If you have suggestions for classroom education kits, or would like to become involved in the Teacher’s Advisory Committee, please contact The Museum at 864-229-7093 or via email at themuseum@greenwood.net.
