Friday, May 11 is the opening of a new Railroad History Exhibit at The Museum called "Riding the Rails: The Golden Era of Railroads in the American South".
It includes information about different types of rail cars, railroad jobs, railroad lingo, and much more.
Admission and reception are free and open to the public, everyone welcome. The Museum, 106 Main Street, Greenwood.
